The audio CD contains a test which requires the continuous performance of abdominal sit ups in time with a recorded bleep. Whilst carrying out the test you will be required to listen for two bleeps. The first bleep will occur at the bottom of the sit up exercise, whilst the second bleep will occur at the top of the sit up exercise position. It is your task to keep up with the bleep. As time goes by the bleep will increase in speed allowing you to increase your sit up speed and stamina. The result – massively improved abdominal muscle definition in very fast time.
THE PROCEDURE FOR THE TEST
When you carry out the sit up test you will need to have the accompanying CD which is available on this page, a suitable CD player and a stopwatch or wristwatch to monitor your performance.
At the commencement of the abdominal training CD test there are two accurately timed bleeps. The first 15 seconds of the test are a warm up to enable you to get used to the format of the assessment. Once you have carried out the first stage of the test you are advised to carry out some simple stretching exercises.

The test will start on the first bleep after the initial countdown. The people carrying out the test start the test in the horizontal position and they should be advised to remain in this position for the first bleep, moving through to the vertical position for the second bleep. It is your task to then carry on with the sit ups continuously for as long as is physically possible. After stage 1 is complete the bleeps will speed up, making it harder to keep up with the test.
