Q.	HOW DOES MY GUIDE WORK? After inserting the CD-Rom into your PC the guide will auto-run after approximately 30 seconds.
Q.	ARE THE GUIDES AVAILABLE IN STORES? They soon will be! We are currently taking steps to sell the guides in all leading retailers. At present, our website is the only place you can get hold of them. If you are desperate for a guide then we can e mail you a PDF document instead of sending you a CD-Rom. Q.	DO YOU HAVE A RETURNS POLICY? Yes we do. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return it for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. All returned products must be in a saleable condition and you must include all of your purchase information. The package must be returned by post 'recorded delivery' and you must provide a valid reason in writing why you are not satisfied with the product. Once all of the above requirements have been satisfied then we will issue a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note - the refund policy does not apply to downloadable products.
