I negotiated a short-term solution by setting up a weekly coordination meeting and created a shared dashboard so everyone could see key metrics and pending items. Over three months we reduced the delay by about 30 per cent and lowered the number of follow‐up questions being asked by 40 per cent. That accomplishment is meaningful because it shows initiative, collaboration and a measurable improvement in process. It also helped me build stronger relationships with the colleagues in Team B, which made future cooperation smoother. I am proud of this because I not only spotted a problem, but I worked across boundaries to gather ideas, got buy-in, implemented a simple yet effective change and monitored the result.
