CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION WITH HOW2BECOME
Follow these quick steps to cancel your subscription:
- Locate the email address you used to place your original order with us (alternatively, you can send us your Order ID. This can be found on your receipt).
- Send a cancellation request email (don’t forget to include your Order ID or the email address you used to place your original order) to [email protected] or via our Contact Us page
We will confirm cancellation of your subscription ASAP.
NOTE: If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must inform us of your intent with at least 48 hours before your next month’s renewal date begins to avoid being charged.
We aim to notify you confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled the same day you email. Whilst we usually reply within a couple of hours during normal business hours, we do ask you to please allow up to 48 hours.
There is no minimum term. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you’ll no longer be charged. Some of our products offer free 30-days access to online tests and courses. If you notify us with a cancellation request before the 30-days are up, you will not be charged.
Our online testing products and online courses will often be sold as a monthly package, where a monthly charge applies. For products where a monthly charge applies, it will be stated on the product page, at checkout, and on your receipt.
Many of our packages include 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day free trials to online psychometric testing, courses, or training video resources.
After the free trial has passed, access is then charged at the rate indicated at the bottom of the web page, at checkout and your receipt. You are able to cancel at any point before the free trial ends by submitting written request via email to [email protected] or by letter to HowBecome Ltd, Suite 1, 60 Churchill Square, Kings Hill, Kent ME194YU. If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must inform us of your intent with at least 48 hours before your next month’s renewal date begins to avoid being charged.
The online testing is provided on a monthly basis with no minimum contract and can be cancelled at any point by providing written notice in the format stated above.

Please be aware, if you attempt to cancel via the unsubscribe links at the bottom of our emails, this will only unsubscribe you from general email correspondence and newsletters, ie special offers etc, and you will continue to be enrolled on your subscription.
