  1. Locate your Order ID. This can be found on your receipt.
  2. Send a cancellation request email (don’t forget to include your Order ID) to info@how2become.com or via our Contact Us page
  3. We will confirm cancellation of your subscription ASAP.

How Long Will Does it Take to Cancel a Subscription Payment?

We aim to notify you confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled the same day you email. Whilst we usually reply within a couple of hours during normal business hours, but please allow up to 48 hours.

What is the minimum subscription term?

There is no minimum term. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you’ll no longer be charged. Some of our products offer free 30-days access to online tests and courses. If you notify us with a cancellation request before the 30-days are up, you will not be charged.

Why am I Being Charged a Monthly Subscription?

Our online testing products and online courses will often be sold as a monthly package, where a monthly charge applies. For products where a monthly charge applies, it will be stated on the product page multiple times and on your receipt.

Many of our packages include 30 days free online psychometric testing or training videos. You will often have the option to remove the free 30 days access at checkout. Simply deselect the free option by clicking the ‘X’ next to the product description.

After the 30 days has passed, access is then charged at the rate indicated at the bottom of the web page, at checkout and your receipt. You are able to cancel at any point before the 30 days free trial ends by submitting written request via email to info@how2become.com or by letter to HowBecome Ltd, Suite 14, 50 Churchill Square, Kings Hill, Kent ME194YU. If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must inform us of your intent with at least 48 hours before your next month's renewal date begins to avoid being charged.

The online testing is provided on a monthly basis with no minimum contract and can be cancelled at any point by providing written notice in the format stated above.

What Should I Do if I Want to Query a Subscription?

Please be aware, if you attempt to cancel via the unsubscribe links in our emails, this will only unsubscribe you from general email correspondence and newsletters, ie special offers etc, and you will continue to be enrolled on your subscription.
