How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@how2become.com or via the contact form above with your cancellation request.

Please include your order ID to help us locate your subscription. 

Why is the price of your guides so low?

We aim to provide exceptional value for money at all times. The profit made on each product is minimal which enables us to pass on the benefits to you. The many of our guides are written and published by us – no book royalties means cheaper prices for you.

How are your guides created?

In most cases, we send a member of our team through a selection process. For example, to date, we have members of our team who have successfully passed many different selection processes including Police, PCSO, Train Driver, Firefighter, Probation Officer, Prison Officer, Cabin Crew and Royal Navy to name just a few! In addition to this, we have some great contacts within every known recruitment sector and it is these people who help us create our ‘insider’ guides. As an example, our Paramedic guide has been created by a current serving Paramedic Recruitment Officer!

Do people find success using your guides?

They certainly do! All of the testimonials featured on our website are both recent and real. Every week we receive positive feedback from happy customers who either love our guides or find success after using them.

I can’t attend my course date, what do I do?

We are unable to refund course bookings, we can allow however for students to re-book a place free of charge, if the following criteria is met.

  1. At least 5 days’ notice is given prior to your original course date given.
  2. No previous occasion of rescheduling.

Anything outside this, full courses fees will apply.

Can I pay for my guide or course by telephone?

Due to the nature of our business, we do not have a customer service telephone number. Our website, however, is 100% secure and in 6 years of trading, we have never had any fraudulent activities. All card payments are processed by Sagepay and are 100% secure.

My username/password won't work.
  • Make sure you’re using the correct login details. You should have an email that details your username and password. 
  • Make sure you include the ‘user’ text in your username. For example ‘user12345’
  • Make sure there are no blank spaces before or after your username or password as this will invalidate them.
I can't find my username/password.

If you can’t find or have lost the email containing your login details. Just drop as email at info@how2become.com with your original order ID and we’ll find them for you 🙂

How do I access my online course?

You will receive an email with access instructions, please check your spam folder in case the email ends up there. 

If you do not receive the email please contact us at info@how2become.com. Please include your order ID number in all correspondence.

How do I set up a new account?

From your course page, click the blue ‘enroll’ button. There will be an option to register as a new user.
