To ensure you are ready, and get the best preparation possible, you will receive a full day’s one-to-one coaching session with our expert train driver assessment trainer, Dave Bebb, via Skype. Following the full training day you also get one further session, up to an hour, to follow up with Dave before your official assessment. Use this to cover any last minute questions or recap what you’ve learnt so you’ll have plenty of confidence entering the assessment.
Get 1 to 1 coaching with our assessment tutor on each stage of the assessment centre to ensure you are ready and in the best position to pass.
Then, when you have utilised all of the one-to-one coaching and practice resources, you can sit the official test – our accredited testing partner just needs a minimum of 12 days notice to book your official assessment in.
Once you have utilised all of the resources, practiced the tests and had your 1 to 1 assessment training, if you have not already, we recommend you look to start applying for available positions with a TOC.
We are confident with the training received you will be able to advance through the selection process with confidence. When you get invited for official assessment, we then recommend you utilise your second 1 to 1 2 hour refresher session.
