FAST REACTION AND COORDINATION TEST FOR TRAINEE TRAIN DRIVERS
During the Trainee Train Driver selection process candidates are required to undertake a series of tests, one of which is entitled the Fast Reaction and Coordination test.
The test is utilised in order to assess a potential train driver’s ability to concentrate intently whilst reacting to certain ‘timed’ events that are presented to him/her.
The test is one of the hardest to prepare for, simply because the test is so unpredictable and there are also very limited resources out there that a candidate can use pre-assessment.
