Hi, I’ve been looking to purchase your guide for the competency based interview, but you don’t seem to have any sample questions or answers for We Take Ownership, or We are Innovative & Openminded. Is there a reason for this? Thanks!

  2. FARAZ says:

    Hi

I was looking at the bundle and considering purchasing it, however was unsure of something and was hoping you could help clarify. I understand, the the 4 core competencies are listed above, which include Impartiality, Transparency, public service and integrity, however, they don’t include innovative, and open mindedness and taking ownership. I’m applying for the MET Police Constable, and just wanted to find out, that the last two competencies, are they not apart of the video competency based interview? And or, are these last two competencies looked at, at a later stage, in the second and final interview of the Met Police officer process? Your help would be greatly appreciated as I’ve very interested in purchasing this bundle pack.
